POLICY

Late Policy
We understand some events are unpredictable and kindly asked that you allow yourself enough time to arrive on time to your appointment. Clients who arrive 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment may be treated as a cancellation. It is at our discretion to decide if we have enough time to accommodate your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed appointments and same day cancellations will be charged the full remaining amount. Last minute cancellations (day before appointment) will be charged a $50 fee. A new deposit will be needed in order to book another appointment.

Studio Policy
We do not offer refunds for any services and under any circumstances. If any abnormal fall out is experienced, this should be reported to us within 24 hrs to avoid additional fees.

COVID-19 Policy

We kindly ask you wear a mask to your appointment and during the entire duration of the appointment. Your temperature will be taken at the beginning of your appointment and you will be asked to use hand sanitizer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply to this policy.

NO MASK = NO SERVICE.
